Although shipping companies typically charge 250 PKR per parcel, we cover this expense to ensure that our valuable customers are not burdened. This free shipping policy applies nationwide. Please note that your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. However, shipping charges apply only to the first package, with no additional charges for any subsequent packages in the same order.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may exchange it for a different item(s) or color within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition. Please note that we do not provide refunds, only exchanges.

2. Provide Details: Give your order number and specify the reason for the exchange.
3. Follow Instructions: Our customer service team will guide you on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
4. Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item.
